The Naperville Convention & Visitors Bureau (NCVB) is your event planning resource center. We know your time is valuable, so you can depend on our experienced staff to assist you with all your arrangements. Our city has a wide variety of hotel accommodations - 16 hotels to choose from, some with meeting rooms and audio/visual equipment on site, and a wide range of amenities. There are also other unique conference and meeting facilities available to accommodate groups of all sizes, and with over 260 dining opportunities, you will easily be able to find the perfect restaurant. The NCVB maintains a comprehensive listing of available conference, meeting, banquet, restaurant and other unique facilities in Naperville. We can also assist in locating hotel accommodations needed for your event.

Bid Proposals
Consult with the NCVB on the meeting space and hotel accommodation needs for your event. Based on your requirements, we will acquire pricing, room availability and other necessary information from Naperville hotels, banquet halls and other facilities. With the information we compile, you can feel confident of making the right decision about where to hold your next event.

Site Inspection
To assist you in making your site selection, the NCVB will gladly make arrangements for you to visit the appropriate facilities and accompany you when meeting with their staff to discuss your event needs.

Event Coordination
You can turn to the NCVB when you need information about products, suppliers and services for your event. From florists to rental cars, and other items that will make your event special, we can refer you to the right businesses to suit your needs.

Visitor Guides and Name Badges
The NCVB can mail Naperville Visitors Guides containing hotel, restaurant, area attractions and other information about Naperville in advance of your event. In addition, we can print up name badges for your meeting.

City Dignitaries, Welcome Banner and Carrying Bags
Make your event participants feel welcome with a visit from the Mayor or other City dignitaries. With advance notice we can make arrangements for a welcome visit. To also welcome your guests, our banner can be printed with your company or event name and placed in your host hotel visible to your arriving guests. Plastic carrying bags are available for event coordinators to use for literature and registration packet distribution.

Leisure Activities and Spouse Tours
Naperville has seven golf courses, a wide variety of restaurants, a Riverwalk Park, charming downtown shops, and a historic 19th century village to entertain your event attendees and their family members. The NCVB can help you design leisure time activities with your group in mind.
